Chef Jamie Faulkner

Wild Goose Catering

Jamie grew up in western Kentucky in a small farming town. In 1992 he joined the United States Air Force as a Fire fighter and after his 14 year career in the military he chose to pursue his passion for culinary arts. Jamie graduated from Paragon Culinary School with high accolades and accepted a position as an Executive Chef for a 5-Star Hotel. He loved the creativity of creating fine-dining menus, and was looking for more variety. 


Jamie advanced to a position at CSU

Pueblo and found it incredibly rewarding to provide meals to students as well as catered clients.

Elated with the feedback and growth of his Southern-style BBQ truck, Jamie was ready to expand and encompass his skills as a Chef for all clientele. Truly an artisan, he enjoys creating custom menus for all types of palettes and budgets. Your experience is Jamie's top priority and his love in life!
